How to Manually Add Workers to a Shift

You can assign workers to a shift directly from the Worker Type tab when building or editing an order.


Steps:

  1. Open the order and go to the Worker Type tab.
  2. Click the Add More People + button.
  3. Use the Search Box to find workers by name or email.
  4. (Optional) Use the Filter Box to narrow results.

    Review the worker lists:

    • All Staff – every worker in your database
    • Matches – workers who meet the job criteria and are within the job’s radius
    • Applied – workers who have applied for this job
  5. Select the worker(s) you want to add.
  6. Choose a Status for the worker (e.g., Confirmed, Pending).

    Choose whether to:

    • Add – assign them to one shift only
    • Add to All – assign them to every shift for this job

Pro Tip

You can select multiple workers at once by checking the boxes next to their profile pictures before assigning them.
