How to manually add workers to a shift
Go the the worker type tab and click the "ADD MORE PEOPLE BUTTON+'" button.
Use the search box to enter names or email addresses.
Use the filter box when necessary.
Select your person.
All staff = all staff in your database
Matches = workers who match the criteria for your job and who are within radius of the job
Applied = workers who have applied for the job
Choose the status for the worker.
Choose either ADD (one shift) or ADD TO ALL (all shifts).
Pro tip - You can select multiple workers by checking the boxes next to the workers profile picture from the list
