How to Manually Add Workers to a Shift
You can assign workers to a shift directly from the Worker Type tab when building or editing an order.
Steps:
- Open the order and go to the Worker Type tab.
- Click the Add More People + button.
- Use the Search Box to find workers by name or email.
(Optional) Use the Filter Box to narrow results.
Review the worker lists:
- All Staff – every worker in your database
- Matches – workers who meet the job criteria and are within the job’s radius
- Applied – workers who have applied for this job
- Select the worker(s) you want to add.
Choose a Status for the worker (e.g., Confirmed, Pending).
Choose whether to:
- Add – assign them to one shift only
- Add to All – assign them to every shift for this job
Pro Tip
You can select multiple workers at once by checking the boxes next to their profile pictures before assigning them.
