Glossary

Account Team Account Teams are a group of Coordinators in your organization who are responsible for filling staffing orders, including Account Managers.
Applied Applied is the status shown for workers who have Applied for a job.
Collaborator A Collaborator is an additional Coordinator assigned to a staffing order when necessary.
Company Companies are organizations that request staffing orders from you. One Company can have multiple Customers assigned to it.
Confirmed Confirmed is the status shown for workers who have confirmed their Scheduled Shift
Coordinators Coordinators are individuals in your Organization who are responsible for filling staffing orders, including Account Managers.
Customer Customers are individuals within a Company who place staffing orders with you, and serve as the main point of contact for staffing orders.
Deck Deck is the status of workers you would like to present to your Customer for selection.
Extras Extras are certifications, qualifications, or skills that your workers are able to select from when setting up their profile.

The difference between Extras and Tags: Extras are visible to workers and are able to be selected by workers when they make their profile. Tags are not visible to workers and are only able to be applied to workers profile by someone in your organization.
Project Projects are a way for you to group staffing orders together for billing and reporting purposes.
Replacement Requested Replacement Requested means a Scheduled or Confirmed worker requested a replacement for their shift.
Scheduled Scheduled is the status shown for workers who have been assigned to a shift.
Staff Category Staff Categories are groups of worker types within a similar industry
Staff Type Staff Types are the type of staff required for each staffing order
Superadmin Superadmins have full access and permissions on the system, including export customer and worker lists, and viewing staffing profitability
Tag Tags are labels that are applied to worker's profiles, and are used primarily for posting jobs. Tags segment your workers into very specific lists so that you can send more targeted job posts to those workers. Tags are not visible or selectable to workers. Tags are an internal way to segment workers.
Worker Workers are individuals who work shifts/jobs for your staffing orders.
