How to Create a Company

A Company in Armada is an organization that submits staffing orders. Each company can have multiple Customers (individual contacts) linked to it.


Steps to Create a New Company:

  1. Go to the Companies tab
  2. Click Add Company

    Fill in the basic details:

    • Company Name
    • Assign an Account Team (Coordinators responsible for this company)
  3. Click Create & Edit

    (Optional but recommended)

    • Complete additional Company Details if you plan to use this company for invoicing (e.g., billing address, contact info)
  4. Click Save
