How to Message Confirmed Staff
You can send messages directly to staff assigned to an order—whether they’ve already confirmed or are still eligible candidates.
Steps:
- Open the Order you’d like to communicate about.
Click the Staff Communication tab.
Choose whether to message:
- Confirmed Staff
- Eligible Candidates
- Type your message and send.
How It Works
- Notifications are sent in real time to staff.
- Messages reach staff through their Armada app or email, depending on their notification settings.
