How to Message Confirmed Staff

You can send messages directly to staff assigned to an order—whether they’ve already confirmed or are still eligible candidates.


Steps:

  1. Open the Order you’d like to communicate about.
  2. Click the Staff Communication tab.

    Choose whether to message:

    • Confirmed Staff
    • Eligible Candidates
  3. Type your message and send.

How It Works

  • Notifications are sent in real time to staff.
  • Messages reach staff through their Armada app or email, depending on their notification settings.
