🔁 Replacement Requests
Sometimes, things come up—and confirmed workers may no longer be available for a scheduled shift. That’s where Replacement Requests come in.
🚨 What Happens When a Replacement Is Requested?
A confirmed worker uses the Armada mobile app to request a replacement for their shift.
As soon as that happens:
- The Coordinator will receive a real-time email notification with the worker’s name and shift details.
- The order will change color on the calendar view, flagging it visually as needing attention.
✅ What You Should Do Next
- Review the replacement request in the order.
- Broadcast the shift to eligible workers or assign a replacement manually.
- Confirm the replacement so the job stays staffed and on track.
