Setting Default Bill Rates and Pay Rates for Customers

You can set default pay and bill rates when creating a new worker type for a customer.

Steps:

  1. In the navigation menu, go to People > Customer.
  2. Select the customer you want to update.
  3. Click the Add Worker Type tab.
  4. From the dropdown, select Create New Worker Type.
  5. Choose a category and enter the name of the new worker type.
  6. Set the Default Pay Rate and Default Bill Rate.
  7. Click Save.
