How to Over-Staff an Order

Sometimes you may want to schedule extra staff as backups in case of no-shows or last-minute changes. Armada makes this easy by adding a backup staff type.


Steps:

  1. Open the Order you want to adjust.
  2. Add a new Staff Type and label it Backup (or another clear name).
  3. Create shifts for the backup staff under this new staff type within the same order.
