How to Approve or Reject a New Worker

When a new worker is added to Armada, you’ll need to approve or reject their profile before they can be scheduled.

To Approve a Worker:

  1. In the navigation menu, go to People > Workers.
  2. Open the profile of the worker awaiting approval.
  3. Review their details.
  4. Click Approve to confirm.

To Reject a Worker:

  1. In the navigation menu, go to People > Workers.
  2. Open the profile of the worker awaiting approval.
  3. Review their details.
  4. Click Reject.
  5. (Optional) Add a note explaining why the worker was rejected.

✅ Approved workers will appear in your worker list and can be assigned to shifts or orders.

❌ Rejected workers will not be available for scheduling.
