How to Approve or Reject a New Worker
When a new worker is added to Armada, you’ll need to approve or reject their profile before they can be scheduled.
To Approve a Worker:
- In the navigation menu, go to People > Workers.
- Open the profile of the worker awaiting approval.
- Review their details.
- Click Approve to confirm.
To Reject a Worker:
- In the navigation menu, go to People > Workers.
- Open the profile of the worker awaiting approval.
- Review their details.
- Click Reject.
- (Optional) Add a note explaining why the worker was rejected.
✅ Approved workers will appear in your worker list and can be assigned to shifts or orders.
❌ Rejected workers will not be available for scheduling.
