How to filter the calendar by status

You can filter the calendar by using the Status dropdown above the calendar. Available statuses include:

  • All - show all statuses on the calendar
  • Estimate - order saved as an estimate
  • To Review - customer posted an order and it needs your approval before being shared with staff
  • Replacement Requested - a confirmed worker requested a replacement for their shift
  • Not Enough Applicants - the order does not have enough workers who have applied to fill the order
  • Staffing - the order has enough workers that applied to fill the order
  • Awaiting Confirmation - waiting on a scheduled worker(s) to confirm their shift in the mobile app
  • Staffed - all staff confirmed and ready to go
  • Paused - order is on hold while you await more details from the client
  • Approve Hours - order is complete and ready for the hours to be approved
  • Hours Approved - order is complete and hours have been approved
  • Billed - client has been invoiced for the order
  • Canceled - order is canceled.
