đź“… How to Filter the Calendar by Order Status

Need to quickly see where jobs stand? You can filter your calendar using the Status dropdown located just above the calendar view.


🔍 Available Status Filters

  • All

    View every order on the calendar, regardless of status.

  • Estimate

    Orders saved as estimates but not yet posted.

  • To Review

    Orders submitted by a client that need your approval before being shared with staff.

  • Replacement Requested

    A confirmed worker has requested a replacement for their shift.

  • Not Enough Applicants

    The order doesn’t yet have enough applicants to fill the needed positions.

  • Staffing

    The order has enough applicants to move forward with scheduling.

  • Awaiting Confirmation

    Scheduled workers have been selected and are being asked to confirm via the mobile app.

  • Staffed

    All scheduled workers have confirmed—they’re ready to go.

  • Paused

    The order is temporarily on hold while you wait for more info from the client.

  • Approve Hours

    The job is complete and is ready for hours to be reviewed and approved.

  • Hours Approved

    Final hours have been confirmed and approved.

  • Billed

    The client has been invoiced for this order.

  • Canceled

    The order was canceled and will not be staffed.

Use filters to quickly zero in on orders that need action—like To Review, Replacement Requested, or Approve Hours.
