September 2025 Updates and Bug Fixes
- Bug Description: Worker Display on Rating Page
- Resolution Date: 9/8/25
- Details of the Fix: Added non confirmed staff on the rating page, because a manager was unable to rate a worker when there was a last minute add to a job.
- Bug Description: Error Confirming Job
- Resolution Date: 9/8/25
- Details of the Fix: When a worker was trying to confirm their shift they were receiving an error not allowing them to confirm. We since then have fixed this issue.
- Bug Description: Mobile App Pay Rate Configuration
- Resolution Date: 9/15/25
- Details of the Fix: When configuring job visibility settings, the system currently allows the following toggles:
- Hide Financial Fields (enabled)
- Hide Pay Rate from Worker (disabled – so worker can see pay rate)
- Auto-set Application Wage from Worker Profile Default (enabled)
Bug:
- When creating a new job under these settings:
- If the worker has a flat rate set ($150) but no hourly rate, and the copied job had a flat rate of $140...
- The system applies a calculation using the copied job’s flat rate ($140) × estimated hours (e.g. 10) and displays $1400 as the expected pay.
- This happens even though the worker profile has a clear flat rate ($150) and pay rate is supposed to be shown.
Expected: The system should default to the worker’s profile pay rate (flat or hourly) as intended, not reuse values from the copied job when "Auto-set wage from profile" is enabled and pay rate is visible.
- Bug Description: Unsubscribe Button

- Details of the Fix: When a worker hits the unsubscribe button, it would take them to the wrong organization.
- Bug Description: Expenses on Order Error
- Resolution Date: 9/22/25
- Details of the Fix: When trying to add expenses on an order, an error was occuring that stated their was an invalid recap, even though recaps were not turned on. We have resolved this error when adding expenses.
- Bug Description: Recaps showing the wrong times
- Resolution Date: 9/22/25
- Details of the Fix: When we brought up the workers recaos it was showing the incorrect times of the job. We have fixed this issue and they now display correct times according to the job order.
- Bug Description: Event Manager not able to rate staff and herself
- Resolution Date: 9/22/25
Details of the Fix: When the event manager goes to rate staff, their name is on there as a person to rate and cannot rate themself.
We made it where the event manager is able to rate themselves when they need to rate staff on an order.
