I can’t check in!

  • Ensure Location Services are enabled and the app is updated.
  • Make sure your app is updated to the most recent version.
  • If the problem continues, message your shift manager or contact Victory Support by emailing support@victory-agency.com.


Why haven’t I been booked yet?

There are a few common reasons:

  • We sometimes receive a very high volume of applicants for certain gigs — not everyone will be selected.
  • Your profile may not be as strong or complete as others applying.


👉 Tips to boost your profile and improve your chances of getting booked:

✅ Complete your profile fully — all sections filled out

✅ Upload professional, clear photos — the better your photos, the more likely you are to be booked

✅ Apply to gigs early

✅ Keep your app notifications enabled

✅ Add more cities you are willing to work in (up to 5)

✅ Add more photos of yourself working at different events

✅ Add past events you’ve worked to your bio

✅ Select all the roles you are qualified for in your profile

✅ Be sure you have Brand Ambassador selected — this is the most common role


I have a problem with Paylocity login.

  • You must log in through a computer browser or the Paylocity App — not a mobile browser.
  • Ensure your personal info exactly matches what Victory has on file.
