Pay Schedule

  • Pay runs on a bi-weekly schedule β€” you can view the Victory Bi-Weekly Pay Schedule for exact pay dates.
  • Pay periods cover two weeks of work; your pay is processed and typically deposited into your bank account the following week.


πŸ‘‰ Important: If you work shifts that cross two different pay periods, those shifts will be paid separately according to each pay period’s cycle.

How Time is Tracked

  • Your pay is based on your check-in and check-out times recorded in the app.
  • Always complete both check-in and check-out at every event β€” these steps are required for accurate time tracking and payroll. If you accidentally miss a check-in or check-out, notify your staffing manager immediately so we can help correct it.
  • Some events require a check-in photo; you must complete this step to ensure proper time tracking.


W-2 Access

  • Each January, you will receive your W-2 for the previous tax year through Paylocity.
  • You must log in through the Paylocity App or on a desktop web browser (you cannot access it through a phone’s mobile browser).
  • Make sure your profile info (SSN, Zip Code, Name) exactly matches what we have on file β€” otherwise you may encounter issues accessing your W-2.

Bank Account Setup

  • Your paycheck is directly deposited into the bank account you set up in Paylocity.
