πŸ›  While On the Job

When you are working a gig through Victory, it’s important to follow these steps and expectations to ensure a smooth and professional experience:

Checking In & Out

βœ… Check-in and check-out are required for every shift β€” unless your Team Lead tells you otherwise.

  • You must check in and out through the Victory app.
  • You must be on-site to check in.
  • Some events may require you to take a check-in photo of yourself at the event location.

πŸ‘‰ You will not be able to check in unless this photo is submitted.

  • If you are at an event where your Team Lead is completing check-in/out for the team, they will clearly communicate that to you at the event.

βœ… Be on time!

  • Allow extra time for parking and walking to the event location.
  • Once on site, check in through the app and locate your Team Lead.

Conduct Expectations

While on site, you are representing both Victory Marketing and our client brand. Please follow these professional expectations:

  • Be on time β€” punctuality is key.
  • Find your Team Lead upon arrival if one is assigned.
  • Wear appropriate attire β€” as specified in the gig details and attire guidelines.
  • Be professional, polite, and friendly β€” clients often request workers again based on attitude and professionalism!
  • Be energetic and ready to engage β€” many of our gigs involve interacting with event attendees in a positive way.
  • If an issue arises:
    • First, speak to your Team Lead (if on site).
    • Also notify your staffing manager through the app if needed.
  • If you are going to be late or cannot make it last minute, immediately contact your staffing manager β€” do not no-show.

πŸ‘‰ Remember: You are representing both the client and Victory Marketing β€” we want every event to be a success!

Reporting Issues

If you encounter any problems during a shift β€” such as:

  • A late client or delayed event start
  • Confusion about your role or where to go
  • App issues with check-in/out

πŸ‘‰ Please contact your shift manager or Team Lead on site.

We are here to help β€” but it is important that you communicate issues during the shift so we can assist you right away.
