🧑‍💼 Completing Your Profile

In order to start applying for gigs, your profile must be fully completed and approved by the Victory team.

Here’s what you need to know to ensure your profile is ready to go:

What is Required for Profile Approval?

✅ Required photos

• You must upload clear photos of yourself — not group photos, filters, or poor-quality images
• Required photos:
  • Headshot
  • Full body photo

  • Event-ready photo

    
    

✅ Correct personal information

• Your email address must be correct — this is used for account access and important communications.
• You must provide your Social Security Number (SSN) — required for W-2 employment and payroll setup.
• You must provide a valid emergency contact name and phone number.

✅ Employment Agreement

• You must review and agree to the Armada Worker Employment Agreement.
• If you reject the agreement, your profile will not be approved and you will not be able to apply for gigs.

👉 If you accidentally reject the agreement, you can go back to your profile settings and click on “Review Worker Agreement” — then agree to proceed with your profile approval.

✅App Permissions

• You must enable the following app permissions:
  • Location Services — required to check in and out at events (you will not be able to check in if this is disabled).

  • Push Notifications — this is how we send you gig invites, shift updates, and booking confirmations.

    

    
    

Important Notes

• Your profile will go into Pending Review once all required steps are complete and the agreement is accepted.

• Incomplete profiles, incorrect information, missing photos, or rejected agreements will prevent approval.

  
  

Our team will review your profile — most approvals happen within 48 hours (excluding weekends/holidays).

You’ll receive a notification when your profile is approved and you’re eligible to apply for gigs.
