1. Created a way for Superadmins to merge profiles

• Impact on Users: Superadmins can now merge worker profiles if they find duplicates instead of having to send it to support.

2. Sync disabled workers in workbright

• Impact on Users: When a worker is disabled on workbright we must sync it on armada. Today, we are showing a modal on the app to workers to go to workbright every 24 hours, (if they have a workbright id, didnt completed forms yet, and has accessed wb).

3. Staff list with a replacement worker

• Impact on Users: When a worker places a replacement request and the manager replaces that person, a new staff list email will be sent out to the manager with a new list with the replaced worker.

4. Created a configuration to block weekly overtime

• Impact on Users: You can now prevent workers from being scheduled into weekly overtime across multiple jobs. This helps staffing teams stay compliant and avoid paying time-and-a-half for workers assigned to shifts on different client jobs. Overtime within the same job is still allowed—this just adds a smart safeguard for cross-job scheduling.

5. WB inactive button

• Impact on Users: To prevent your team scheduled someone who was inactive. We moved the inactive button from the federal tax tab to the top of their profile by their name.
