Shift Swapping Configuration
Impact on Users: This new configuration called "Enable Shift Swapping" will modify the functionality of the "Request a Replacement" button in Armada. Rather than immediately removing a worker from the job when they request a replacement, this feature allows other eligible workers to pick up the shift, ensuring smoother operations and better shift coverage.
