November 2024 Updates and Bug Fixes

  1. Bug Description: Mobile app not displaying correct OT
  • Impact on Users: The worker is not able to view correct OT hours in the app
  • Resolution Date: 11/15/24
  • Details of the Fix: The team has found the issue and the OT is now displaying on the app.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Customer not able to leave feedback on order
  • Impact on Users: A customer was not able to leave feedback on an order
  • Resolution Date: 11/14/24
  • Details of the Fix: We already had an feedback about this order registered to Shannon Eason. That’s why the buttons are gray (disabled).
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Broadway Subscription toggle
  • Impact on Users: When the subscription toggle is on, Broadway is suspecting that this may be the reason for staff not getting a staff list before the event.
  • Resolution Date: 11/22/24
  • Details of the Fix: Within companies, communication, there was a toggle off for staff receiving staff lists before an event.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Error when creating an order
  • Impact on Users: LES sometimes receives an error message when trying to save a new order as an estimate.
  • Resolution Date: 11/21/24
  • Details of the Fix: LES is now able to create an order and not get an error message when creating an order.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Staff list views
  • Impact on Users: The staffing lists keep downloading saying Phone for the emails and emails for the phones
  • Resolution Date: 11/18/24
  • Details of the Fix: The team had fixed the sections that were mixed up on the template.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: LES error creating orders
  • Impact on Users: Whenever LES is creating an order they are getting an error; customer 'property undefined'
  • Resolution Date: 11/18/24
  • Details of the Fix: The team has fixed this issue and the org is now able to create an order without getting this error.
