  1. Bug Description: Changing worker status
  • Impact on Users: Unable to change the status of a worker on an order

  • Details of the Fix: Able to change the status of a worker on an order
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Unsubscribe from emails not working
  • Impact on Users: Workers are not able to unsubscribe from emails
  • Resolution Date: 9/2/24
  • Details of the Fix: If a worker wants to unsubscribe from emails, it will now work when selecting thr button "unsubscribe" at the bottom of the email.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Error code when confirming shifts
  • Impact on Users: Workers are getting an error code upon confirming their shifts on mobile.
  • Resolution Date: 9/2/24
  • Details of the Fix: We fixed the error code for when someone is trying to confirm their shifts before their tax documents are approved in WB.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: OT alert on worker
  • Impact on Users: We booked a worker for an event and it gave us the alert that it would put her into overtime, but the shifts are only 5.5 hours and she isn't working anything else.
  • Resolution Date: 9/2/24
  • Details of the Fix: When booking a worker, if there is no OT it will not display the alert on the order.
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Not allowing to change worker status on order
  • Impact on Users: When trying to mark a worker as booked instead of no show and it is not allowing me to change the status on the order.
  • Resolution Date: 9/5/24
  • Details of the Fix: We to change the status of a worker, if it is marked incorrectly on the order
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Payment terms 1099/W2
  • Impact on Users: The W2 and 1099 buttons on the payment tab were nto functioning when we needed to mark a worker on either or.
  • Resolution Date: 9/5/24
  • Details of the Fix: We made the W2 and 1099 buttons functional and active
  • Additional Notes:

  1. Bug Description: Orders not appearing on a "team"
  • Impact on Users: When the team manager is creating an order, it is not appearing under the team calendar, just under the coordinator assigned.
  • Resolution Date: 9/18/24
  • Details of the Fix: The team member listing the order under team is now ableto see the orders they have placed under the team calendar view and on the coordinator view.
