Impact on Users: Not able to get the import order template to import into the calendar.

Details of the Fix: Had to change the API to say billed rate and not budget.

Bug Description: Check in times showing negative hours on workers app.
Impact on Users: Viewing the worker has negative hours upon checking in.
Resolution Date: 7/22/24
Details of the Fix: we identified that the applications check in/out had changed a few times after the July 1st. This probably caused the negative values seen on the mobile app because the local check in times were different from the ones in the server.
Additional Notes: We are not sure why that happened but we were also not able to reproduce the issue so we think it was an isolated issue on that order. Will continue to monitor.
Bug Description: Error when scheduling a worker
Impact on Users: Not able to schedule any workers and would display an error

Details of the Fix: Able to now schedule workers successfully with no error code displaying

Bug Description: When changing start times, a OT pop up is displaying
Impact on Users: When changing the start time on a job, the OT pop up displays and the worker is only scheduled for 6 hours

Details of the Fix: When changing the start time we are not getting notified of OT.
