  1. Bug Description: Negative cost on orders

Impact on Users: Not showing correct amount on orders

Resolution Date: 5/31/24

Details of the Fix: Fixed when copying orders or creating an order from scratch it will show the postive number on the order.

Additional Notes:


  1. Bug Description: Order showing hourly rate instead of flat rate

Impact on Users: When copying an order that is HOURLY, I changed the pay type to FLAT on the new order and it still did the calculations on the summary page as if it were HOURLY

Resolution Date: 5/29/24

Details of the Fix: When copying an order with the flat rate, the total in the order summary displays the correct amount for flat rates.

Additional Notes:


  1. Bug Description: Estimate sent out to check staff in/out, there is no staff on the order, yet the managers got an email.

Impact on Users: Not getting accurate emails on orders.

Resolution Date: 6/12/24

Details of the Fix: Able to fix not sending out the check in/out email when an order is listed as an estimate.

Additional Notes:


  1. Bug Description: Wrong city/state appearing on app for a worker, than it was originally posted for. It was posted for FL and the worker applied and appeared to him as MN.

Impact on Users: Staff not in the same state as the gig are applying.

Resolution Date: 6/10/24

Details of the Fix: We have fixed the locations that appear to staff so that it is matching with the approproate state and filter from the order.

  • Impact on Users: Incorrect information showing on the workers profile

  • Details of the Fix: Correction made to workers profile to match when viewing on mobile and web.
