Sending an Email to Eligible Workers

We’ve made it easier to reach the right staff for your gigs—directly from Armada.


How It Works

When creating an order, you can now email all eligible workers in just a few clicks.

  1. From the order, go to Staff Communication.
  2. Select Send Email to Eligible Workers.

    Armada automatically fills the email with:

    • Order/job details
    • A link to the app for applying
  3. (Optional) Edit the email to add any specific instructions or details.
  4. Click Send.
