How to Add Referrals to Worker Profiles

To track referrals, you’ll first need to set up a referral tag. Then you can apply it to worker profiles.

Step 1: Create a Referral Tag

  1. In the navigation menu, click Tags.
  2. Create a new tag called Referral.

Step 2: Enable Referral Tags in Settings

  1. Click your organization name in the top-right corner.
  2. Scroll down to Configurations.
  3. In the Referral Tag field, select the Referral tag you just created.
  4. Click Save.

Step 3: Add a Referral to a Worker Profile

  1. In the navigation menu, click People.
  2. Open the profile of the worker who has a referral.
  3. Under Professional Info, add the Referral tag and click Save.
  4. Go to Personal Info.
  5. In the Referred by field, select the worker who referred them.
  6. Click Save.
