How to Add Referrals to Worker Profiles
To track referrals, you’ll first need to set up a referral tag. Then you can apply it to worker profiles.
Step 1: Create a Referral Tag
- In the navigation menu, click Tags.
- Create a new tag called Referral.
Step 2: Enable Referral Tags in Settings
- Click your organization name in the top-right corner.
- Scroll down to Configurations.
- In the Referral Tag field, select the Referral tag you just created.
- Click Save.
Step 3: Add a Referral to a Worker Profile
- In the navigation menu, click People.
- Open the profile of the worker who has a referral.
- Under Professional Info, add the Referral tag and click Save.
- Go to Personal Info.
- In the Referred by field, select the worker who referred them.
- Click Save.
