How to Reset a Customer’s Password

If a customer forgets their password, you can send them a reset link directly from their profile.

Steps:

  1. In the navigation menu, go to People > Customers.
  2. Open the profile of the customer who needs a password reset.
  3. Click Reset Password.

An email will be sent to the customer with instructions to create a new password.
