Emails Description
Worker has not checked in Sent to a coordinator/collaborator 10 to 20 minutes after the check in time if the worker has not checked in
Check in email Sent to a coordinator/collaborator when a worker checks in for a job. There is an optional configuration for customers to recieve this too.
Replacement has been accepted Email sent to the coordinator/collaborator when a confirmed worker requests a replacement
Worker invitation to join organization Email sent to the worker when invited to join an organization
Worker welcome email Email sent to the worker when their completed profile is approved
SuperAdmin welcome email Sent to Superadmin when a new superadmin account is created
Coordinator welcome email Sent to Coordinator when a new Coordinator account is created
Customer welcome email Sent to Customer when a new Customer account is created
Not enough applicants Sent to Coordinator 16 hours after the order is created and there is not enough applicants to fill the order
Staff List Sent to on-site contact listed on the order 3 days before the job starts. Job must be completely filled for this to auto send.
Email to worker with available jobs Emailed nightly to workers with list of jobs they are eligible to apply to
Reminder of upcoming gig If there are more than 3 days until the job starts and it is already fully staffed, we will wait until there are 3 days left before the event to send the staff list. If there are fewer than 3 days, it will be sent as soon as the job is fully staffed.
Action required before starting your upcoming gig! Email sent to the worker when they need to complete filling out their Federal Tax forms
A change to the confirmed staff (canceled and replacements) Send the email as soon as the job is fully staffed again and there are at least 3 days remaining until the event.
Shift Swap Email will go to the customer and the worker that there was a shift swap requested for a particular day. The worker is responsible for their shift until it gets replaced.
