How to Create a Recap
Recaps let you collect key information from workers after a shift—like performance notes, incident details, or general feedback.
Steps to Create a Recap:
- Go to the Reports tab
- Click Generate Recap
Select Create Recap
Fill in the recap details:
- Recap Name
- Select Company
- Add your questions (e.g. open-ended or multiple choice)
- Click Save
Once created, you’ll be able to assign this recap to specific orders and workers.
