How to Create a Recap

Recaps let you collect key information from workers after a shift—like performance notes, incident details, or general feedback.

Steps to Create a Recap:

  1. Go to the Reports tab
  2. Click Generate Recap
  3. Select Create Recap

    Fill in the recap details:

    • Recap Name
    • Select Company
    • Add your questions (e.g. open-ended or multiple choice)
  4. Click Save

Once created, you’ll be able to assign this recap to specific orders and workers.
