How to Add an On-Site Contact to an Order
An on-site contact is someone physically present at the job location—available to assist or manage workers during their shift. This contact's details are only visible to confirmed workers on the order.
When to Use This Feature
Use the on-site contact option when you want your workers to know who to check in with or contact once they arrive at the shift location.
How to Add an On-Site Contact:
- Open the relevant Order
- Go to the Job Details section
- Scroll to Job Details for Staff
- Toggle ON “Add On-Site Contact”
Once toggled on, fill in the following fields:
- On-Site Contact Name
- Phone Number
- Email Address
- Click Save
Confirmed workers will now see the on-site contact’s information in their shift details.
